Culture is an instrument of progress today, contributing to the development of societies, serving up the creativity, imagination and knowledge. The cultural and artistic phenomena are not minor events, but have profound political implications, economic and social in the global information society.

Thus our group «Treasures, dealers, collections. The artistic dialogue between Spain and America (1850-1950)», besides being an active platform for research, contributes to knowledge transfer from university to society by offering a range of heritage services. To manage and carry out this transfer of knowledge creates a propellant space called TMCLAB.

To achieve its objectives uses ICT (Information and Communication) as working tools as well as new methods of research and development.

TMCLAB offers a wide and diversified range of services related to art and culture:

• Scientific research on written documents, photographs, paintings, prints, works of art, musical scores, etc.

• Ordering, inventory and cataloguing of collections: books, paintings, records, sculptures, fans, coins, etc.

• Research and trace missing pieces of art, nationally and internationally.

• Advice to boost cultural spaces.

• Construction of several narrative projects on natural and artistic heritage.

• Provide literature on a topic.

• Research on artistic strains.
